Full Tilt Poker FTOPS XIII
February 10, 2025
Full Tilt Poker’s popular Full Tilt Online Poker Series is back with for the 8th installment and FTOPS XIII promises to be another success. FTOPS XIII will run 25 events over a 12 day span from February 5th to 16th. This will then quickly be followed by MiniFTOPS XIII which will run the same 25 events for 1/10th the buy-in from February 9th to 20th. FTOPS XIII will be guaranteeing $16M over the 25 events, while MiniFTOPS will have a total guarantee of $3M. On top of the huge guarantees the popular satellite challenge will be in full effect, as well as the FTOPS leader board. There will also be a new promotion added to the FTOPS series called the FTOPS challenge which is sure to add even more value to the poker series.
All of the action gets kicked off with a massive $1 Million guaranteed $200 + $16 tournament on February 5th. Many of the tournaments will have $200 buy-ins, but there are some tourneys with buy-ins as low as $100 and the 2-day event has the highest buy-in of the series at $2.5K. The series includes a wide variety of game types so you should be able to find a tournament to your liking even if you are a stud, a razz or a PLO heads up tournament player. Like the other FTOPS series’ every player that makes a final table will receive a limited edition FTOPS jacket and the winner of each tourney will also receive a coveted FTOPS gold jersey. The MiniFTOPS events award the exact same final table prizes with the minor difference that the winner’s jersey is silver instead of gold.
The popular FTOPS satellite challenge is back and there is almost $23K in tournament dollars up for grabs from this promotion. Every FTOPS event will have many satellites to allow players to gain entry to the tournament for a smaller amount than the buy-in. The FTOPS satellite challenge encourages players to play these tournaments because the 2 players who win the most satellites to a particular event win extra tournament dollars equal to the amount of the events buy-in. The first place finisher wins the equivalent of 2 event buy-ins in tournament dollars, while the second place finisher wins the equivalent of 1 event buy-in. For example, if you win the most satellites to a $200 + $16 event you win $432 tournament dollars. This is in addition to the tournament dollars you won from each satellite tournament victory.
You can also play for the top place on the FTOPS leader board and all of the bragging rights and bonus prizes that come with it. For most players the bragging rights would be enough, but Full Tilt is also giving the FTOPS XIII leader board winner a custom Full Tilt Poker avatar and free entry into all of the FTOPS XIV events, except for the 2-day event. The FTOPS XIV event entries alone are valued at about $7.5K and the Full Tilt avatar is worth 1 Million Full Tilt Points. If you find yourself near the top of the FTOPS XIII leader board I suggest you bite the bullet and go for the win.
Full Tilt has also come out with a new FTOPS promotion called the FTOPS challenges. There are 6 different challenges that you can try your hand at. All of the challenges are in game tasks, with four of the challenges earning your freeroll entries, while the other two challenges earn you bonus cash for success in FTOPS events. For example, the most difficult challenge to complete is the Million Dollar Challenge. If you cash in 17 FTOPS events you win the $1 Million grand prize.
FTOPS XIII is going to be a huge success with tons of cash up for grabs and a lot of added value for players participating in the satellite challenge, the FTOPS challenges or going for first place on the FTOPS XIII leader board. Play in FTOPS XIII at Full Tilt Poker.
